Lies

This is what I discovered today.

"Excuse is a lie we tell others.
Rationalization is a lie we tell ourselves."
Logic is a double-edged sword.
It's always towards being in comfort- that's the function of the brain.
We reasons whatever there is- to our comfort.
It is done sometimes without any of our AWARENESS!!!
This is just one example of Self-Sabotage.
Lie to oneself...
without knowing still...
